A helpdesk employee can connect to your computer via TeamViewer as follows:
1. open support.ekois.cz, click on "Vzdálená podpora" and click on the link "Odkaz pro stažení" to download the program.
2. download the program to your computer
3. wait for the helpdesk employee to connect and click on "Povolit"
Once the helpdesk worker has finished working on your computer, just close the program and the remote support will stop.
Next time you don't need to download Teamviewer, just open it by clicking on the "Tlačítko SOS" icon that is saved on your computer desktop.
